What is Brandathlon?
Brandathlon is a competition for every entrepreneur who is interested in moving to another level of his business, and implicitly, to increase his sales. It addresses Romanian brands that have been set up on production, distribution and sales, but they want to focus on the image that always brings new opportunities.
Brandatlon, the triangle of enthusiastic Romanian brands, has three stages: enrollment, judging, awarding and developing the branding project. The finality is a 10,000 Euro prize, materialized in a branding project for a product whose image did not have time for the Romanian entrepreneur to focus.
What is branding?
Branding is a process that can be likened to building a home, where we first have in mind what we want and for who it is, then start building the foundation, lifting the walls, then eventually intervening the design and colors . Branding is a process that builds a brand that can last from 7 to 10 years.
What is rebranding?
Rebranding is a process that addresses a product that already exists, which the market knows, which has a customer base, but a new element is wanted, whether it is the targeting of new customers or the appearance of a new assortment of a product, a certain range.
Rebranding can apply to any existing business on the market that has an obsolete logo or logo, but now it wants to address a trendy audience to design trends, or needs a younger communication.
In rebranding processes, it is very important to take into account the already existing public so that with a process of rebranding not to remove the public but to maximize what already exists and to bring new things that will lead to an increase the number of customers or the profit margin.
In a branding process, it is essential to proactively listen to the entrepreneur, but also to the customers because they are the ones who generate revenue, and it is essential to see their opinion about a particular product or service.
It is an area that grows very much in Romania, at a time when Romanian brands are developing a lot, those that originally focused on production, on product quality and service, on distribution and sales, on functional things that make the business go, and only now realize what a good communication, a new packaging, a business card or a map that will have very good presentation of products and services, practically the image area that brings us opportunities.
To become a leader, a brand has to communicate a lot because a brand is notorious when it exists, it communicates, it is known and recommended.
